What if I am unhappy with the work?

In the extremely unlikely event that the quality of our work does not meet your standards you can terminate contract with us by requesting this in writing. But because we provide examples of our work at every stage and work closely with our Clients, this situation need never arise.

Upon termination you will be required to pay us for the percentage of the project which has been completed so far, as well as any outstanding payments made by us on your behalf. There is no financial penalty for terminating, although if less than 25% of the project has been completed deposits are not refundable.
